Matthew, 27

64. Therefore order the sepulchre to be made secure until the third day, lest his disciples go and steal him away, and tell the people, `He has risen from the dead,' and the last fraud will be worse than the first."

Hebrews 9:28: "So Christ was also offered in sacrifice once, to take the sins of many; and will appear a second time, not to take away sin, but to bring salvation to those who await him." This verse of the Epistle to the Hebrews explains the meaning of Jesus' death as a sacrifice for our sins and the promise of his second coming to bring salvation.
