Jeremiah, 16

18. And I will doubly recompense their iniquity and their sin, because they have polluted my land with the carcasses of their detestable idols, and have filled my inheritance with their abominations."

" This verse talks about how God's lack of knowledge can lead to the destruction of the people.

Zechariah 7:12: "They made their hard hearts as a diamond, so as not to hear the law and the words that the Lord of hosts had sent for His Spirit through the ancient prophets, so came the great wrath of the Lord of hosts . " This verse talks about how resistance to God's words can lead to God's wrath and its punishment.
