29 while they see for you false visions, while they divine lies for you -- to be laid on the necks of the unhallowed wicked, whose day has come, the time of their final punishment.

Jeremiah 23:24: "Will anyone hide in hiding places, so that I do not see him? In this verse, God talks about His omnipresence and how He sees everything. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God is observing the situation in Jerusalem and planning his action as the omnipresent and omniscient god.
