Ezekiel, 21

24. "Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Because you have made your guilt to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that in all your doings your sins appear -- because you have come to remembrance, you shall be taken in them.

Ezekiel 21 is a chapter that deals with God's judgment against Jerusalem and the sword of God that will be used to execute his judgment. Psalm 75:7: "But God is the judge; he lowers one, and exalts another." This verse talks about God as the sovereign judge, who has the power to exalt and lower. In Chapter 21 of Ezekiel, God is acting as the sovereign judge of Jerusalem, performing his judgment with the sword of God.

Jeremiah 23:24: "Will anyone hide in hiding places, so that I do not see him? In this verse, God talks about His omnipresence and how He sees everything. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God is observing the situation in Jerusalem and planning his action as the omnipresent and omniscient god.
