Proverbs 2:6-7: "For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He reserves true wisdom to the straight; shield is for those who walk in sincerity." These verses point out that wisdom comes from God and is reserved for those who walk in sincerity.

Proverbs 3:13-18: "Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who acquires knowledge; because his merchandise is better than the silver merchandise, and his income than thin gold.
