Ezekiel, 2

6. But as for you, son of man, you should not fear them, and you should not dread their words. For you are among unbelievers and subversives, and you are living with scorpions. You should not fear their words, and you should not dread their faces. For they are a provoking house.

Ezekiel chapter 2 begins with the description of the prophet's vision of God and heavenly beings. God then calls Ezekiel to be a messenger and prophet, sent to speak to the people of Israel and warn them about their sinful conduct. This verse shows the similarity between Ezekiel's mission and that of Jesus, who also sent his disciples to preach and warn the people, even in the midst of hostility and opposition.

Acts 20:26-27: "Therefore, on this day I declare you that I am innocent of the blood of all, for I did not fail to proclaim you all the will of God." The apostle Paul declared his faithfulness by fulfilling the mission of preaching God's Word, similar to Ezekiel's commitment to warn the people of Israel of God's will.
