Amos, 9

5. And the Lord God of hosts, he touches the earth and it will melt. And all who dwell in it will mourn. And everyone will rise up like a river, and will flow away like the river of Egypt.

Amos 9 is the final chapter of the book of Amos, and in him the prophet presents God's vision about the future of Israel and his promise of restoration and blessings. " This verse talks about the abundance that God promised Israel after its restoration, which relates to the promise of Amos 9:13-14.
