Genesis, 24

65. For she [had] said unto the servant, What man [is] this that walketh in the field to meet us? And the servant [had] said, It [is] my master: therefore she took a vail, and covered herself.

2 Corinthians 6:14: "Don't put yourself in unequal yoke with disbelief. For what do justice and evil have? Or what communion can light with darkness?" This verse also emphasizes the importance of choosing a spouse that shares the same faith and religious values.
