Ezekiel, 36

36. Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined [places, and] plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken [it], and I will do [it].

Ezekiel 36 deals with the future restoration of Israel. God says he will bring the people back to their land and make the earth fertile and productive. Jeremiah 31:33 - "But this is the pact I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I will put my law within them and write it in their hearts.
