In Acts of Apostles 15, the apostles and elders gather to discuss the issue of circumcision among the Gentiles converted to Christianity. Acts of the Apostles 15:28-29: "For it seemed well on the Holy Spirit, and we no longer impose you anymore, but these necessary things: May you abstain from things sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and the suffocated flesh, and, and of prostitution, of which things you do well if you keep you.
