Acts, 1

4. And dining with them, he instructed them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but that they should wait for the Promise of the Father, “about which you have heard,” he said, “from my own mouth.

Acts of Apostles 1 is the first chapter of the book that reports the events of the apostles after the rise of Jesus. In this chapter, it is narrated as Jesus appeared to the apostles after his resurrection, giving them instructions and promising baptism in the Holy Spirit.
