2 Chronicles, 18

16. Then he said: “I saw all of Israel scattered amid the mountains, like sheep without a shepherd. And the Lord said: ‘These have no masters. Let each one return in peace to his own house.’ ”

2 Chronicles 18 tells the story of King Jehoshaphat of Judah, who unites in an alliance with King Ahab de Israel to fight the Syrians. Before the battle, he appoints his prophets who give him a favorable answer, but Jehoshaphat asks a prophet of God to be consulted and Micaiah is brought to give his opinion.
