Leviticus 25 deals with laws related to the sabbatical year and the year of Jubilee, in which the earth should rest, slaves and debts must be released and land ownership must be restored to its original owners. Below are five verses related to the topics covered in this chapter:
Deuteronomy 15:1-2: "At the end of every seven years, you must cancel all debts.
