Jeremiah 32 narrates the story in which God instructs Jeremiah to buy a field in Anatote, even though he knew that the city would be conquered by the Babylonians and the people would be exiled. Jeremiah 31:33: "But this is the pact I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I shall put my law within, and write it into His heart; and I will be your God and they will be my people. " This verse talks about the restoration of the covenant between God and his people, showing that God would always be present to help and guide his people.
