Exodus, 40

29. He put the altar of burnt offerings at the entrance to the Dwelling, to the Tent of Meeting, and on it offered the burnt offering and cereal offering, as Yahweh had ordered Moses.

Exodus 40 tells the conclusion of the construction of the tabernacle, followed by its assembly and consecration. Moses follows the instructions given by God and assembles the tabernacle just as he was ordered to him, and the glory of the Lord fills the sacred space. Numbers 9:15-16: "On the day the tabernacle was erected, the cloud covered it, that is, the testimony tent; and from the afternoon to the morning, there was upon the tabernacle as a fire appearance. So it happened regularly: the cloud covers the day, and at night there seemed to be fire. " This verse reports the constant presence of God's glory in the tabernacle, which is a central theme of Exodus 40.
