Ezekiel, 23

9. Because of this, I have delivered her into the hands of her lovers, into the hands of the sons of the Assur, whom she has lustfully desired.

1 Corinthians 10:14: "Therefore, my beloved, I ran away from idolatry." This verse talks about the importance of preventing idolatry and remaining faithful to God. In Ezekiel's chapter 23, the metaphor of the prostitute sisters is used to describe the idolatry of God's people, showing the importance of moving away from it.
