Isaiah, 66

4. I too take delight in making fools of them, I shall bring what they most fear down on them because I have called and no one would answer, I spoke and no one listened. They have done what I regard as evil, have chosen what displeases me.

Isaiah 66 is the last chapter of Isaiah's book and presents a message about God's judgment and the restoration of Jerusalem. The chapter begins with God questioning who He will honor and follow His commandments, then presents the promise of restoration of Jerusalem and the coming of a new heaven and a new earth.
