Judith, 16

24. And the house of Israel lamented her seven days: and before she died, she did distribute her goods to all them that were nearest of kindred to Manasses her husband, and to them that were the nearest of her kindred.

Judite 16 narrates Judite's singing after his victory over General Assyrian Holofernes. She thanks God for giving her strength and courage to overcome the enemy of her people. The following verses are related to gratitude and praise to God for their help and protection.

Psalm 66:19-20: "But God listened to me; He answered my prayer. Blessed be God, who has not rejected my prayer or pushed his love from me!" This psalm speaks of gratitude to God for hearing and answered the prayers of those who seek Him.

Psalm 118:21: "I thank you because you answered me and you were my salvation." This psalm also expresses gratitude to God for responding to prayers and granted salvation.

Psalm 144:1-2: "Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who ran my hands to battle and my fingers to war. He is my loyal love, my fortress and my tall tower, my liberator, my shield, in who takes refuge. He submits to me the peoples. " This psalm talks about God's help in times of battle and conflict.

Isaiah 25:1: "O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for you have done wonderful things; your ancient advice are true and firmness." This verse expresses the worship of God for His wonderful works and their perfect plans.

2 Samuel 22:47: "Long live the Lord, my rock! Blessed be my God, the rock of my salvation!" This verse shows confidence in God as the source of salvation and strength in difficult times.
