Acts, 3

13. The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let [him] go.

Chapter 3 of Acts of the Apostles narrates the healing of a lame man who was at the temple door asking for alms. Peter and John, as they pass him, heal him in the name of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53:5: "But he was wounded because of our transgressions, and ground because of our iniquities; the punishment that brings us peace was upon him, and by his footsteps we were healed." The healing of man lame through faith in Jesus Christ occurs in compliance with a prophecy of Isaiah, which shows that he was wounded to give us peace and heal us.

Matthew 4:23: "And Jesus roamed all Galilee, teaching in the synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing all the diseases and diseases among the people."
