2 Chronicles, 29

7. Also they have shut up the doors of the porch, and put out the lamps, and have not burned incense nor offered burnt offerings in the holy [place] unto the God of Israel.

2 Chronicles 29 reports the reign of Hezekiah in Judah and how he restored the worship of God in the temple in Jerusalem. Psalm 116:12-13: "What will I give to the Lord for all its benefits to me? I will take the cup of salvation, and invoke the name of the Lord." This verse highlights the importance of gratitude and recognition for the benefits God gives to his servants.
