Acts, 18

2. There he found a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, who had recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla, following a decree of the Emperor Claudius which ordered all Jews to leave Rome.

In Acts of Apostles 18, Paul arrives in Corinth and begins to preach the Word of God, facing challenges and persecution. Acts of the Apostles 18:5: "As soon as Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia, Paul dedicated himself exclusively to preaching, witnessing to the Jews that Jesus was the Christ." This verse highlights Paul's dedication and commitment to God's work, even in the face of the adversities and difficulties he faced in Corinth.
