Mark 13:7: "But when you hear from wars and rumors of war, you are not scary; it is necessary to happen, but it is not yet the end." Jesus talks about the wars and conflicts that will occur before the end of time, but warns that they are not an immediate sign of the end.

2 Timothy 3:1: "But this is: in the last days, difficult times will come." Paul warns Timothy that there will be difficult times at the end of time, marked by a growing lack of love and a search for personal pleasure.
