23. Then Zedekiah, the son of Chenaanah, approached, and he struck Micaiah on the jaw, and he said: “In what way did the Spirit of the Lord depart from me, so that he would speak to you?”

2 Chronicles 18 tells the story of King Jehoshaphat of Judah, who unites in an alliance with King Ahab de Israel to fight the Syrians. Before the battle, he appoints his prophets who give him a favorable answer, but Jehoshaphat asks a prophet of God to be consulted and Micaiah is brought to give his opinion. Ephesians 6:14: "Be firm, wearing all the armor of God, so that they can be firm against the devil's pitfalls." This verse encourages Christians to dress with God's armor so that they can be firm and strong in the face of the devil's lies and temptations.
