Psalm 69 is a psalm of lamentation in which the psalmist expresses his pain, anguish and suffering in the face of the afflictions and persecution he faces. " This verse reminds us that Jesus is our high priest, who understands our weaknesses and invites us to find ourselves to God in search of help and grace.
