Revelation, 21

8. But the fearful, and the unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and drug users, and idolaters, and all liars, these shall be a part of the pool burning with fire and sulphur, which is the second death.”

Chapter 21 of the book of Revelation talks about the New Jerusalem, the Holy City of God that descends from heaven. Isaiah 65:17: "For behold, I create new heavens and new earth; and there will be no memory of past things, they will no longer remember." This verse talks about the creation of new heavens and new earth, which is a theme similar to the new heaven and the new earth mentioned in Revelation 21:1.

2 Peter 3:13: "But according to his promise, we expect new heavens and new earth, in which justice dwells."
