Isaiah, 36

18. But you should not let Hezekiah disturb you, saying, ‘The Lord will deliver us.’ Have any of the gods of each of the nations delivered their land from the hand of the king of the Assyrians?

Isaiah 36 narrates the story of Senaqueribe, king of Assyria, who sent his commander to intimidate and threaten the people of Judah, including King Hezekiah, in order to conquer Jerusalem.
