Hosea, 10

8. And the heights of the idol, the sin of Israel, will be utterly destroyed. The burr and the thistle will rise up over their altars. And they will say to the mountains, ‘Cover us,’ and to the hills, ‘Fall on us.’

Judah and Jerusalem, so that my wrath will not range like fire and burn, without anyone erasing it, because of your evil. '"This passage emphasizes the importance of true circumcision of the heart and repentance to prevent the wrath of God.

Psalm 51:17: "The sacrifices that please God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, thou shalt not despise." This verse shows that God values humility and contrition rather than external sacrifices or religious formalities.

Isaiah 45:9: "Woe to the one who contains with his creator! Caco among other clay shards! Handles'? " This verse highlights God's sovereignty and the futility of the rebellion against him.
