Deuteronomy, 32

49. "Ascend this mountain of the Ab'arim, Mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, opposite Jericho; and view the land of Canaan, which I give to the people of Israel for a possession;

Deuteronomy 32 It is a song that Moses sings to the people of Israel to remind them of the faithfulness of God and the punishments that can come upon them if they abandon the covenant with him.
