Leviticus chapter 16 deals with the atonement day ceremony, in which the high priest made a series of offerings and purifications to atone for the sins of the people of Israel. The selected verses are:
Exodus 30:10: "And once a year, Aaron will do atonement on the ends of the altar; with the blood of the sin of atonement sin, he will do atonement over him once a year for all your generations. Most Holy to the Lord. " This verse mentions the sin offering of atonement, which was used on the day of atonement in Leviticus 16.
Hebrews 9:7: "But only the high priest enters the second tabernacle once a year, not without blood, which he offers for himself and for the sins of the people who ignored him." This verse refers to the role of the high priest on the day of atonement and the need for blood to atone for sins.
