Nehemiah, 9

15. You gave them bread from heaven and told them to satisfy their hunger; you made water gush forth from the rock to quench their thirst, and commanded them to go and take possession of the land which you had sworn to give them.

Nehemiah 9 is a chapter in which the Levites say a prayer of confession for the sins of Israel and reaffirm the covenant with God. The verses related to the topics addressed in this chapter are:

Deuteronomy 32:3-4: "For I will appeal to the name of the Lord; Give glory to our God. He is the rock, whose work is perfect, because all his righteous ways are.
