This verse mentions the prophet Isaiah, who also prophesied about the destruction of Jerusalem, and how the leaders sought their guidance.

" This verse shows how the religious leaders of the New Testament also pursue those who preached the message of God, as well as the leaders of Jerusalem in the time of Jeremiah.
