Haggai, 1

14. And the Lord stirred the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Jesus the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of the remainder of all the people. And they entered and performed work in the house of the Lord of hosts their God,

Chapter 1 of Haggai begins with a rebuke of God to the people of Judah for neglecting the reconstruction of the temple while working in their own homes and businesses. The prophet urges the people to turn their attention to the temple and the service of God, promising that God's blessing will come upon them. Malachi 3:10: "Bring the whole tithing to the temple warehouse, so that there may be food in my house.
