Exodus, 14

21. And when Moses had extended his hand over the sea, the Lord took it away by an intense burning wind, blowing throughout the night, and he turned it into dry ground. And the water was divided.

Exodus 14 tells the story of the Red Sea crossing by the people of Israel as they fled slavery in Egypt. Isaiah 43:2: "When I pass through the waters, I will be with you, and when through the rivers they will not submerge you; when you pass through fire, you will not burn you, nor the flame will burn in you." This verse brings God's promise that it will be with its people at all times, including in the most difficult and dangerous situations.

1 Corinthians 10:1-2: "For I do not want, brothers, that you will ignore that our parents were all under the cloud, and all passed by the sea; and they were baptized in Moses, the cloud and in the sea."
