Chapter 11 of numbers submits the complaint of the people of Israel in the desert, who tired of eating manna and want to have meat to eat. Deuteronomy 1:9-13: "And in those days I said to you, 'I can't, alone, carry all the weight of this people; the burden is too heavy for me. ' "This verse also relates to Moses's request to help the people of Israel.
Matthew 11:28-30: "Come to me, all who are tired and overwhelmed, and I will relieve them. Take upon you my yoke and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for the your souls. For my yoke is soft and my burden is light. " This verse relates to the weight that Moses felt in the leadership of the people of Israel and the help God provided through the seventy elders and the wind that brought quails. It is also a promise of rest and relief for all those who feel overwhelmed and tired.
