Baruch, 5

9. for God will guide Israel in joy by the light of his glory, with the mercy and saving justice which come from him. A copy of the letter which Jeremiah sent to those about to be led captive to Babylon by the king of the Babylonians, to tell them what he had been commanded by God:

Isaiah 49:23: "And the kings shall be thy Aios, and their princesses their nominations; with their face on earth, before you, they will worship, and lick the dust of your feet; and you will know that I am the Lord, that those who expect for me are not confused. " This verse shows the promise of honor and submission of the leaders of the nations to the people of God.

Ezekiel 37:26-27: "I will also make a pact of peace with them; it will be a perpetual alliance. I will establish them and multiply them, and put my sanctuary among them forever." This verse highlights God's promise of peace and protection for his people.
