Jeremiah, 32

30. For the sons of Israel and the sons of Judah, from their youth, have continually done evil in my eyes. The sons of Israel, even until now, have been provoking me with the work of their hands, says the Lord.

Jeremiah 31:33: "But this is the pact I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I shall put my law within, and write it into His heart; and I will be your God and they will be my people. " This verse talks about the restoration of the covenant between God and his people, showing that God would always be present to help and guide his people.
