In Acts of Apostles 21, Paul and his companions arrive in Jerusalem and are well received by the brothers. However, some Jews begin to accuse Paul of teaching against the law and the temple, resulting in a series of conflicts and persecution. Acts 21:13: "Then Paul answered, Let you do you, crying and hurting my heart? For I am ready not only to be linked, but still dying in Jerusalem by the name of the Lord Jesus." In this verse, Paul demonstrates his determination to follow God's will, even if it means facing death.
Acts 21:20-21: "Listening to them, they glorified God and said unto him, Well, brother, how many thousands there are among the Jews who believe, and all are zealous of the law; and were informed about you who teach everyone The Jews who are among the Gentiles to depart from Moses, telling them that they do not circumcise their children or ride the customs. Acts 21:33: "Then the tribune, coming close to him, arrested him and told him with two chains, and asked who he was and what he had done." This verse marks the moment Paul is arrested and taken to be tried before the Sanhedrin.
