Amos 9 is the final chapter of the book of Amos, and in him the prophet presents God's vision about the future of Israel and his promise of restoration and blessings. Some of the topics addressed in this chapter include God's judgment on Israel, the future restoration of the kingdom of David, and the abundance of blessings promised to Israel. Here are five verses related to these topics:
Psalm 85:8 - "Certainly your salvation is close to those who fear it, that glory may dwell in our earth." This verse talks about God's salvation, which is one of the promises of Amos 9:11-12 for the people of Israel.
Jeremiah 30:3 - "For, behold, the Lord, says, that I will make my people Israel and Judah return from captivity; This verse relates to the promise of restoration of Amos 9:14-15.
Isaiah 55:12 - "For with joy you will come out, and in peace you will be guided; the hills and the hills will break in song before you, and all the trees of the field shall clap." " This verse talks about the abundance that God promised Israel after its restoration, which relates to the promise of Amos 9:13-14.
