Judith, 16

24. and the house of Israel mourned for her seven days. Before she died she distributed her property to all those who were next of kin to her husband Manasseh, and to her own nearest kindred.

Isaiah 25:1: "O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for you have done wonderful things; your ancient advice are true and firmness." This verse expresses the worship of God for His wonderful works and their perfect plans.

2 Samuel 22:47: "Long live the Lord, my rock! Blessed be my God, the rock of my salvation!" This verse shows confidence in God as the source of salvation and strength in difficult times.
