Genesis, 47

1. So Joseph went and told Pharaoh, 'My father and brothers have arrived from Canaan with their flocks and cattle and all their possessions. Here they are, in the region of Goshen.'

Genesis 47 narrates the continuation of Joseph's story and how he helped Pharaoh save Egypt from hunger by administering grain sales. Philippians 4:19: "My God, according to His riches, will supply all your needs in glory by Christ Jesus." Provision of food and land for Jacob's family is an example of God's faithfulness to meet all our needs.
