1 Samuel, 1

3. Every year this man used to go up from his town to worship, and to sacrifice to Yahweh Sabaoth at Shiloh. (The two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there as priests of Yahweh.)

James 5:16: "Confess, therefore, your sins to each other and pray for each other, to be healed. The prayer made by a righteous can much in its effects." This verse talks about the importance of prayer and mutual support in the Christian community, something Ana found in the house of God, where she poured her heart before the Lord.
