Genesis, 16

2. And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.

Genesis 16 deals with the story of Sarai, wife of Abram, who could not get pregnant and decided to offer his Egyptian servant, Hagar, to have a child in his place. Hagar became pregnant with Abram, but then was mistreated by Sarai and fled to the desert. This verse talks about the force that comes from trusting God and waiting in him, instead of hurrying and trying to solve things on his own, as Sarai did by offering Hagar to Abram.
