Ezekiel, 6

13. Then shall ye know that I [am] the LORD, when their slain [men] shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place where they did offer sweet savour to all their idols.

Exodus 20:4-5: "Thou shalt not make the image of sculpture to you, no similarity of what is above in the heavens, or under the earth, nor in the waters under the earth. " This verse is one of God's commandments to his people, forbidding the creation and worship of images and idols. 2 Kings 17:16-17: "They left all the commandments of the Lord, their God, and made for themselves two melted metal calves. They worshiped the whole army of heaven and served Baal. They burned their children as an offering, practicing guessing And witchcraft, and they sold themselves to do what was evil in the eyes of the Lord, causing his wrath. " This verse describes the idolatry of the people of Israel and how they have moved away from God's commandments. This relates to Ezekiel 6, where God is condemning the people of Israel for their idolatry and worship of false gods.

1 Kings 18:21: "Then Elijah has come to all the people, and said, How long shall shall you be between two thoughts? If the Lord is God, follow him; and if Baal, follow him. . " This verse is part of the story of Elijah confronting Baal's prophets.
