Jeremiah, 35

8. We have observed all the commands of our father Jonadab, son of Rechab, always abstaining from wine, we, our wives, our sons and daughters.

Acts 5:29: "Peter and the other apostles answered, 'It is necessary to obey God rather than men!" The recabilities chose to obey God and the traditions of their family, even if it meant disobeying the king of Judah.
