Deuteronomy, 31

20. For I shall bring them to the land which I swore to their fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey, but after they have eaten and are satisfied and have grown fat, they shall turn to other gods and pay homage to them while despising me and breaking my Covenant.

Psalm 119:165: "Great peace have those who love your law, and for them there is no stumble." Obedience to God's law brings peace and avoids sin.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust the Lord of all your heart, and do not stir in your own understanding. Recognizes him in all your ways, and he will straighten your paths." Confidence in God and obedience to your law are important for guidance in life.

Romans 2:13: "For the simple listeners of the law are not righteous before God, but those who practice the law will be justified." Obedience to God's Law is important for justification before Him.
