Deuteronomy, 27

3. Then you shall write upon them all the words of this Law at the time that you cross over, that you may enter the land which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, will give you as he has promised, a land flowing with milk and honey.

Deuteronomy 27 is a chapter that presents instructions on the ceremony of consecration of God's law in the promised land.
