Job, 39

25. When he hears the bugle, he says, “Ha!” He smells the battle from a distance, the exhortation of the officers, and the battle cry of the soldiers.

But my people do not know the judgment of the Lord." This verse compares the wisdom of God's creation with the lack of wisdom of the people of Israel in relation to their divine judgment.
