But the LORD said to Abraham: "Why did Sarah laugh and say, 'Shall I really bear a child, old as I am?' (Genesis 18,13)

Because she was afraid, Sarah dissembled, saying, "I didn't laugh." But he said, "Yes you did." (Genesis 18,15)

Then the LORD said: "The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great, and their sin so grave, (Genesis 18,20)

Then Abraham drew nearer to him and said: "Will you sweep away the innocent with the guilty? (Genesis 18,23)

Then he said, "Let not my Lord grow impatient if I go on. What if only thirty are found there?" He replied, "I will forebear doing it if I can find but thirty there." (Genesis 18,30)
