Throughout the ages, every male among you, when he is eight days old, shall be circumcised, including houseborn slaves and those acquired with money from any foreigner who is not of your blood. (Genesis 17,12)

When he had finished speaking with him, God departed from Abraham. (Genesis 17,22)

Abraham was ninety-nine years old when the flesh of his foreskin was circumcised, (Genesis 17,24)

and his son Ishmael was thirteen years old when the flesh of his foreskin was circumcised. (Genesis 17,25)

When his son Isaac was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him, as God had commanded. (Genesis 21,4)

Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him. (Genesis 21,5)
