When he was about to enter Egypt, he said to Sar'ai his wife, "I know that you are a woman beautiful to behold; (Genesis 12,11)

So Pharaoh called Abram, and said, "What is this you have done to me? Why did you not tell me that she was your wife? (Genesis 12,18)

Then Abram said to Lot, "Let there be no strife between you and me, and between your herdsmen and my herdsmen; for we are kinsmen. (Genesis 13,8)

The LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, "Lift up your eyes, and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward; (Genesis 13,14)

And he blessed him and said, "Blessed be Abram by God Most High, maker of heaven and earth; (Genesis 14,19)

And the king of Sodom said to Abram, "Give me the persons, but take the goods for yourself." (Genesis 14,21)

But Abram said to the king of Sodom, "I have sworn to the LORD God Most High, maker of heaven and earth, (Genesis 14,22)

But Abram said, "O Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, for I continue childless, and the heir of my house is Elie'zer of Damascus?" (Genesis 15,2)

And Abram said, "Behold, thou hast given me no offspring; and a slave born in my house will be my heir." (Genesis 15,3)
